Just thought you might like to see some of my newest seedlings.
My guarantee to you. The colors you see here are exactly what I see in my garden. The only thing I use photo programs for is resizing the picture to fit my needs and putting a border on them. I do not under any circumstances change the hue, intensity or color of the flower.
People say you should have a goal when hybridizing.
Some hybridize for patterns, others for teeth. Some for size while others hybridize for spiders.
There are as many directions to follow as there are imaginative hybridizers.
So, what is my direction and goal?
The term I use to describe it is 'garden daylilies'.
What I mean by that is daylilies that are designed to fit the gardners needs.
Great plant, pleasing form, heavy bloomer, a tough plant with a real pretty face.
A show stopper in every respect.
What more can the gardner ever want?
