Our Guarantee and Sales Policy



We GUARANTEE that our daylilies are true to name. Our facilities are state inspected by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. The fans you receive are bloom size and with proper care they should bloom the first year; unless they are ordered late in the season and bloom scapes had to be removed for shipping. Some cultivars have very large thick fans while other cultivars are naturally smaller. All fans that we ship are number 1 grade size for that specific cultivar. Add some fertilizer, water, plenty of sun and you will be rewarded. Make sure you check out the Daylily Care section on this web site.

We do our best to send every daylily ordered on a first come first serve basis. We have 10's of thousands of daylilies and we take our inventory in the late fall just before dormancy. We estimate the number of fans in a clump as close as possible and base our availability on that number. If, at the time of shipping, we fall short of the number of fans estimated; or if the plants have been damaged due to weather conditions; or if the size and/or quality fans do not meet our standards, you will receive a full refund for any plants not sent (including per fan shipping charges). If we know at any point in advance of shipping that we will not be able to send one or more daylilies, we will notify you by email and refunds will be issued on the unavailable fans.

If you are dissatisfied with the condition of your plants when you receive them, and feel that they need to be replaced, you must notify us by telephone (e-mail is not 100% reliable) immediately upon receipt and post the return of all plants with the original labels, at our expense, within 24 hours.

EXCEPTIONS

A) We cannot be held responsible for replacement of plants if the shipping address you give us is not correct and shipping is therefore delayed causing damage to the plants.

B) After (3) to (7) days in transit (depending on your location and method of shipping), plants will be slightly to mostly yellowed at the leaf ends. This is normal and does not mean that the plants are not in good condition. We will not replace such plants.

C) We cannot guarantee shipping delays and/or mishandling on the part of a shipping service. Shipping services will not guarantee that the plants will be in pristine condition upon arrival at their destination. 3-Day Select or 2nd Day Air will guarantee transit time, but will not guarantee protection from extreme cold or heat.
